This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between You ("Licensee"), the end-user, and the Author.

1. DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply to the terms and conditions included in this Agreement.

Author

means the authors of the Software and include A. Kuskov, A. Mikhailov and P. Dirks.

DotProc

means a geoscientific analysis tool developed by the Autor.

Software

means DotProc, all program and information files and other documentation which are part of the DotProc package.

Registration Key

registers a paid version of the software. This enables all functions and removes all restrictions of the demo version.

Individual / End user / Licensee

means a particular person.

Use of the Software

means use of the Software on one computer by a single Individual.

2. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By using the Software or storing it on a computer hard drive (or other media), You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, You must delete the Software from all storage media.
All intellectual property rights such as but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret rights related to the Software are the property of the Author.

3. CONDITIONS OF USE

• You may install the Software and create as many copies of the Software on storage media as You wish.
• You may redistribute the Software freely on on-line services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety.
• The Software may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for a fee without the permission of the Author.
• You are not allowed to remove, alter or destroy any proprietary, trademark or copyright markings or notices placed upon or contained with the Software.
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to a human perceivable form. You may not modify, rent or resell for profit the Software. You may not create derivative works based upon the Software without the permission of the Author.
• You may not publicize or distribute any registration code algorithms, information or registration keys used by the Software without written permission from the Author. Registration codes may be used, stored or copied only by the person or organization, which has purchased the Software, and solely for the purpose of using the Software within the terms and conditions of this Agreement. No person or organization is permitted to store or copy Registration keys for any other purpose without written agreement from the Author.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE "AS IS". ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID. - DOTPROC WAS DEVELOPED WITH GREAT ACCURACY AND CARE ABOUT END-USER. BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL BE THE AUTHORS LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE).

5. TERMINATION

The License will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
